The tyres of these wheels are moulded in Natural Rubber in Black colour under controlled temperature and pressure, mounted on to detachable zinc plated steel discs.
Bearings: CB/SB/bb/GM/NRB/BB/8P*
Temperature: Intermittently upto 140 c
Finish: Black tyres and zinc plated steel discs.
Ideal For:
• Normal loads, hard wearing, and kind to floors.

Polyurethane Tyred Nylon Wheels |
Features
Polyurethane, an elastomer with high breaking point offers excellent elasticity. Wheels are injection moulded under controlled temperature and pressure onto virgin quality nylon centres providing a single solid unit.
Bearings :PB/NRB/BB/BP*
Temperature: From -30" C upto +80 C under normal conditions FINISH:
Red Polyurethane tyre and Natural White Nylon centres.
Ideal for

Fibre / Phenolic wheels are moulded in macerated canvas cloth amalgamated with phenolic resin, increasing rigidity as temperature rises. They are manufactured using the compression technique with controlled temperature and pressure.

Temperature:Intermittently ranging from -20° C to +16 C
Finish:
Standard colour is Brown and Green

Products made of poly amide, normally referred to as Nylon, are injection moulded Thermoplastic. Nylon has a low friction co-efficient which ensures good sliding. It has a high breaking point and low wear, which makes tor a long-lasting product which is insensitive to chemical and atmospheric agents. Its low specific weight also makes Nylon products light weight. It also does not require special disposal at the end of its useful lifespan and is easily recycled.
Bearings: P8/NRB/BP/BB*
Temperature: -4S C to+180 C
Finish:Natural White colour.
Ideal for: Nylon wheels are virtually non marking, cause very little floor damage and are resistant to oils, fats. Having good chemical resistance, low water absorption and offers non marking floor protection, may be used tor light and medium duty applications.

Ultra High Molecular Weight Wheels |
Crown tread wheels are moulded under controlled temperature and pressure in accurately formed close titling moulds for unique strength and toughness.
Bearings: PB/NRB/BB*
Temperature Range: -240 C to+100°C
Finish: Red Colour
Ideal for Wheels are light in weight, clean and able to be used with the minimum oil lubrication. They are virtually non marking and are resistant to oils, fats. Having good chemical resistance, low water absorption and offers non marking floor protection, may be used for light and medium duty applications.
